Digital Content Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to downloadable and digitally accessed content supplied through the Movement Library, including:

PDF guides
workbooks
reflection sheets
learning packs
recordings
digital course materials
webinar materials
member resources
other downloadable files

2. Licence

Unless another licence is stated, purchase provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence.

You may:

download the content for personal use
store a reasonable personal backup
print copies for your own use
complete worksheets for your own learning

You may not:

forward files to others
upload files to shared drives or public platforms
reproduce resources for clients, students or groups
resell, rent or sublicense content
remove copyright notices
alter and claim the content as your own
use content to create a competing commercial resource
use automated systems to extract or reproduce substantial content

3. Professional and organisational use

Professional, classroom, rescue, organisational or client use requires express permission or a suitable licence unless the product listing clearly permits it.

4. Access

Access may depend on:

successful payment
a functioning email address
account login
compatible software
reasonable internet access
compliance with these terms

Any access duration or download limit will be stated in the product information or account area.

5. Immediate supply

Where digital content is supplied immediately, checkout may ask for express consent to begin supply during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledgement of the effect on cancellation rights.

6. Quality and description

Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that digital content matches its description and functions as explained.

Under the Consumer Rights Act framework, digital content contracts include statutory standards relating to quality, fitness for purpose where applicable and conformity with description.

7. Updates

Minor corrections or updates may be made to digital content.

Purchase does not automatically include every future edition, expansion or replacement product unless stated.

8. Educational nature

Digital content is provided for general education and reflection.

It does not:

diagnose a dog
provide a personalised treatment or behaviour plan
replace veterinary examination
replace an individual professional assessment
guarantee a result
certify professional competence unless expressly stated

9. Account and file security

You are responsible for:

protecting login information
using safe devices
keeping appropriate backups
preventing unauthorised access
notifying us of suspected account misuse

10. Termination

Access may be suspended or ended where there is evidence of:

unauthorised sharing
resale
copyright infringement
fraudulent activity
serious breach of these terms

This does not remove statutory rights.
