Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, the website content and original resources are owned by or licensed to Seeing Dogs Differently.

This includes:

  • worksheets
  • frameworks and learning materials
  • graphics
  • branding
  • photographs
  • illustrations
  • recordings
  • presentations
  • course and membership content

Personal use

Resources purchased or downloaded under a standard licence are for the named user’s personal use.

You may ordinarily:

  • read and use the resource personally
  • save a personal copy
  • print a copy for personal use
  • write directly into your own workbook or worksheet

Uses requiring permission

Written permission is required before you:

  • share a file with another person
  • reproduce copies for clients or students
  • upload resources to a website, group or shared drive
  • include materials in a course or membership
  • translate, adapt or rebrand content
  • use substantial extracts in commercial work
  • sell or distribute any part of a resource
  • remove copyright or branding
  • use images or illustrations separately
  • train an automated system on protected content

Professional use

Some resources may be offered with professional or organisational licences.

Where this applies, the product listing will explain:

  • permitted number of users
  • whether client copies are allowed
  • whether branding must remain
  • whether the licence has a time limit
  • any prohibited uses

A standard personal-use purchase does not automatically include professional-use rights.

Quoting the website

The WHOLE™ Framework, CARE™ Framework and their associated original explanatory materials form part of the wider Seeing Dogs Differently body of work.

They may be discussed and referenced with clear attribution, but associated materials, teaching content and branded resources must not be copied, repackaged or presented as another person’s original system.

Zeus’s story

Personal stories, photographs and creative work relating to Zeus remain protected.

They must not be copied or reused without permission.
